Historically, it&#039;s been highly challenging for me to set boundaries - out of fear of losing whatever thread might still exist in this relationship or that friendship. My slowly-growing conclusion: it&#039;s just not worth it. It&#039;s not really serving anyone. And now, as days and months and years pass, and the trust deepens, the relationships (with others, with myself) lean toward a greater resiliency and bounty. It&#039;s a joy.</description>
