 Tom Lietaert
Founder, Coach, Facilitator & Trainer Tom has been coaching and facilitating personal transformation processes for individuals and organizations for over fourteen years, including facilitating large scale change visioning processes for social-profit organizations. His passions are facilitating personal growth and transformation work, seeking healthful and sustainable ways of being and ballroom dancing. One of his great strengths is his ability to feel and express emotions, which allows him to hold a safe and non-shaming presence in the midst of powerful emotions and conflict, and his intuition which fosters profound insight in his coaching and facilitation. He has regularly been sought out for conflict resolution and offers training and coaching around conflict and effective communications. Tom’s Purpose for Being is to be a presence of awe, wonder and gratitude flowing with the mystery of life. His Mission is to co-create a sustainable, harmonious and loving world by supporting new ways of being. He has served on numerous boards and committee’s, including service to The ManKind Project (MKP; a social profit organization) in many capacities, The Interfaith Justice and Peace Council of Toledo (IJPC) where he chaired the First Annual Peace Festival and enrolled Marianne Williamson as guest speaker, and has served on The Rape Crisis Hotline for the Toledo YWCA. Tom is honored and blessed to share his odyssey with his wife and best friend, Beth. He has served as an Army Officer (Ohio Army National Guard, Platoon Leader, 3rd Plt/Co A/612th En Bn/16th En Bgd), a Teamsters Union Steward, a Middle School Teacher and was the owner of a residential remodeling company, Sacred Spaces Home Services. Administrative Assistance Beth brings 15 years of administrative prowess to Sacred Odyssey. Her experiences in business organization, marketing and small business management help keep us on track. Her background includes working with organizations engaged in the performing arts, corporate payroll, model plane retail, martial arts, virtual education and banking to name a few. She also reminds Tom when their anniversary is, where his glasses are and when the chocolate is getting low. |

Web Master Kirk comes from a background in art and engineering. He has Bachelor’s degrees from the College of Engineering and the College of Arts and Letters from Michigan State University. He is self-taught as a computer graphics and web page design professional specializing in the WordPress format. Kirk enjoys making logos, web site mastheads, writing and editing for newsletters, and creating content and contracting web sites. In addition to graphics and web design work, Kirk has worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer, Senior Technical Illustrator in the auto industry. Kirk has been a student of personal growth for the last 21 years. He has spent the last 16 years in support of men’s personal growth organizations. He has served as Vice Chairman of both the Men of Today and the local chapter of the ManKind Project known as Windsor-Detroit. While with the Men of Today he published a men’s newsletter. Kirk is also a Reiki Master and ElderCare professional.
Kirk enjoys exercising his mechanical aptitude on his car and other fix it projects. This includes taking Macs and Windows machines apart to repair them from time to time. Kirk is also a history buff with one of his areas of interest being military aviation. Take him to an Air Show and he can tell you something about many of the aircraft there.

Tony Schanuel is an award-winning digital artist who has fused a professional background in hotography with advanced digital technology to create fine art that transcends both mediums. Schanuel has received extensive international recognition and honors. He was selected by an international panel to exhibit his work at the 2003 and 2005 Biennale Internazionale dell’ Arte Contemporanea in Florence, Italy and honors from the International Digital Artists Association, EFX Art & Design Magazine (Sweden) and Digital Photography & Design (Australia). His work currently is on display in Australia and Tas?mania with the traveling Epson International Digital Art Exhibition. |
